You’re outside with the breeze, and suddenly the wind breaks, the air becomes crisp, and suddenly you’ve gotten to a place where your mind has met its limit and your heart seems like it can’t take anymore. You’ve hit a fork in the road. When you hit that fork, you stopped and asked yourself, which way do I go? You pondered, struggled, and you’ve started to go down one way only to turn around and go to the next.
Eventually, you’ve found yourself right back at the starting point still trying to decide where to go! What do you do?
Here’s my picture..
I’ve learned to travel the road untraveled. You see, one of those paths look familiar – don’t go with that one. Go with the one that’s new, scary, unforgiving, nerve wrecking, and seemingly isolated by pastures that can’t be seen.. Why? Because this is the one that’ll teach you what you want to know. This is the path that’ll keep you from becoming complacent, or comfortable and has moments of highs and lows. This is the one that will force you to grow and cause you to do things you’ve never done. This, this is the road to greatness. It’s untraveled, unpredictable, and the one you’ll run through, but will enjoy every moment because you’ve never seen anything more beautiful than nature that you never knew existed.
moral and story to you, me, and everyone else – that you’re only in the beginning stage of your greatness. More greatness will come if you keep traveling the road untraveled.
